LRX Flashing and Datalogging

1. Prepare Your Device:
   1. Download and install the LRX Updater software from this link: https://support.lundracing.com/hc/en-us/articles/24297863638931-LRX-Updater-v2-970  
   2. From the new desktop shortcut, launch the “LRX Updater” then plug your device into your computer using the provided USB cable. 
2. Watch the Tutorial Video:

   2. Note: At the 21:54 timestamp, ignore the section about log syncing to the cloud. This feature is no longer enabled by default. You’ll manually download the logs from the LRX device to your PC and then reply back to the ticket/email thread and attach the log file as a “.CSV” file
3. Sync and Flash Your Tune:
   1. If you haven’t already, sync your device to get your vehicle file which you will later use to flash tune your vehicle. You should see a vehicle file (.bin) in the LRX Updater.

   2. To flash the tune to your car, perform these steps:
      1. Disconnect the LRX device from your PC
      2. Set the car/key to the ON position but DO NOT START the engine
      3. Connect the LRX device to your car’s OBDII port
      4. Wait for the device to finish loading
      5. Agree to the ‘End User License Agreement’, press ‘I AGREE’

      6. Go to “Programming”

      7. Touch “Continue”

      8. Touch “Save Stock Cal” to read your ECU and save your stock calibration.

      9. Wait for the process to finish. Follow the instructions on the screen and key off the car for 3 seconds and then key it back on (DO NOT START the vehicle). Press “Back”

            1. Your Screen may not look like this exactly regarding the number of blk, etc. But it generally will look like this!
      10. Go to “Programming”

      11. Select “Performance Cals"
          
          1. 
      12. Select a desired performance cal file. (Yours may have a different name).

      13. Press “Continue”

      14. Wait for the process to finish. Follow the instructions on the screen and key off the car for 3 seconds and then key it back on (DO NOT START the vehicle). Press “Back”

DATALOGGING

1. Datalogging Process: 
   1. With the key on and the engine running, on your device go to Datalogging>Gauges > Datalogging Press Start Recording to begin the log. REFER TO YOUR TICKET FOR WHAT LOGGING WE WANT YOU TO DO!

   4. After you finish the logging process press Stop Recording.
2. Save and Email Log Files:
   1. Connect your LRX device to your PC, open the LRX Updater software, and save the log files to your computer. Upon connecting, if logs are available to save, you will see a prompt on the screen:

         1. It mentions "deleting" because once you save them on your PC, they get wiped off the device to save space. Nothing to be alarmed about!
      2. To do this, navigate to ‘Log Files > Engineering Logs > Save’ and follow the prompts.

         2. Follow the on screen browser prompt to save them to specific folder you'll remember to find them in.
         3. Ensure the files are saved with the ‘.CSV’ extension. You can rename them if you like.
      3. Attach the log files to your ticket/email thread. DO NOT SEND another email separately. Keep it all in one thread please!
